The 23rd of November is Saint Clements Day
Until the 1850s, Salisbury had a St Clements Church near the railway station (hence ‘Churchfields’)
It was replaced by the nearby St Pauls
Clement was a first century Pope
As far as I know he had nothing to do with oranges or lemons
