People using #Keith as an insult… is it a bit like people using ‘Karen’ as an insult? (although I know ‘Karen’ has a different resonance in the US)…is it a snob thing?

All the Keiths and Karens I’ve ever known have been at the working/lower-middle-class end of the spectrum.
